We headed to Boston Labor Day weekend, after several delays due to Hurricane Irene, which ended up being a category 1 storm instead of the apocolypse. Had a good time visiting friends and family, and even got to meet our brand new cousin Jack. Took a fun day trip to Mystic, Conn, and didn't have the pizza, but did have some great seafood. Then we spent a couple of great days with Nina at the cape and Adele got to play in the ocean, bay, and pond, as well as help sweep Nina's cottage. Adele also fell in love with the outdoor shower and it was really hard to get her out of it. I also beat Nina twice in word games which was a major victory. I headed back to Louisville, but Adele and Dave stayed a few more days visiting friends and family and getting spoiled rotten by Grandma.
